Maxine Aravena
Director: Operations, Compliance & Human Resources



Maxine joined IFCG in 2005 and has been part of the MGA arena since 1989. Over the years, Maxine has held various administrative and management positions with MGA's in the North Toronto area. From her background in Case Coordination, Commissions and Contracting to creating and planning concepts for sales conferences, Maxine brings strong organizational skills, is a team builder and leader, has a great understanding of product, administration processes and servicing our clients.

Maxine is responsible for the management and organization of the day-to-day running of our two locations. Staffing, team building and relationship management with IFCG staff, our advisors and our various insurance partners while handling the liaison and escalation of our business with our head office partners.

What motivates Maxine in her job? Challenge. Following a situation through to the end and getting a positive result while maintaining great relationships.  Maxine enjoys working with others, helping them achieve success and reaching their goals and having a strong team at IFCG.
