Romano Minchella is an associate broker with Independent Financial Concepts Group Ltd. Romano has been involved in both the financial and life insurance sectors for 25 years.

Romano has a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto, and has been licensed with the Investment Funds Institute of Canada since 1997.

As an associate broker and advisor, Romano works with families and individuals to achieve their financial and insurance objectives. In the business sector, Romano works with different types of business owners providing both Individual and Group Benefit packages for them, their families and employees. Further to helping his clients achieve their financial and insurance goals, he also implements insurance plans to safe guard those goals in the event of an unexpected calamity.

Whether setting up a client’s new portfolio or reviewing an existing plan, Romano is meticulous in analyzing the data and recognizing the needs of the client or the shortcomings of the portfolio and providing solutions to fill those voids to ensure the client’s goals are met.

Romano is dedicated to people. In the past, he has volunteered his time entertaining children at Sick Children’s Hospital, and he has taught business economics to grade 7 and 8 students as part of the Junior Achievement Program. In addition, he has taught the financial portion of marriage preparation classes to couples preparing for marriage.

It is this type of dedication that Romano brings to all of his clients financial programs.
